Commercial Pilots and Flight Attendants Step Forward
APRIL 29, LOS ANGELES, CA – Over the course of the past few months, an increasing number of commercial airline workers, including captains and flight attendants, have bravely stepped from out of the shadows to tell their story.
Steven Hornsby
Every Thursday night, individuals such as Steven Hornsby, an Afghanistan and Iraq War veteran and commercial pilot for twenty-three years, tell their stories online during a webinar hosted by the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation (VSRF).
Philanthropist and founder of VSRF, Steve Kirsch, serves as moderator, always asking piercing questions to shine a light on the stories from those injured – stories many in the media refuse to report.
In the case of Hornsby, anger remains. A native of Louisiana, he is employed by a United States-based major airline company, having flown the Boeing 737, 757, 767, and 777. Hornsby is now on medical leave due to vaccine-induced myocarditis.
“We have about eighteen pilots in my company alone who are vaccine-injured.” - First Officer Steven Hornsby

Lisa Williams
Lisa Williams has been a flight attendant with a major US-based airline for over 31 years. She is also a single mom of three who is now on disability and can't work after she suffered adverse effects from the COVID vaccines. Her employer mandated that she take the vaccine to remain in a paid position with the airline, not allowing reasonable religious or medical exemptions. Williams is now an active member of the Airline Employees for Health Freedom (AE4HF), a group of over 2000 airline workers.
AE4HF, founded by Sherry Walker and Danielle Runyan, is working to support airline workers facing the mandate and hold their employers legally responsible for vaccine injuries that resulted from it. Williams and AE4HF are not an anti-vaccine group; they are for medical freedom and personal choice.
